After you qualify, you will be contacted with instructions to pick up your device. Instructions on how to set up your device are included inside the box. Your device is already activated and your internet should begin as soon as you have set up the device.

When contacting Sprint:
  1. Have your PTN or IMEI ready. A PCs for People employee can find it for you; or find it on the label on your device. To the right is an example of a PTN (not your actual PTN).
  2. Call the provider and write down the name of the person you speak to. Tell them your PTN or IMEI.
  3. Follow all of their instructions to troubleshoot, reset, and configure the device.
  4. Ask the tech support for the Interaction Number or Incident Number from the call. Save this for additional troubleshooting, if needed.

2

If Sprint cannot address your issue, contact PCs for People directly by calling  or by email at [email protected].
